Harry co-founded the Indigoblue Group of Companies and has been its President and Chief Executive Officer since March 2017. He brings over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, having held senior roles at notable institutions including CIBC, Xceed Mortgages Inc., Citizens Bank of Canada, Equitable Bank, and Merix Financial. In 2012, Harry was appointed as a Director on the board of the Independent Mortgage Brokers Association (IMBA) of Ontario, which is now known as the Canadian Mortgage Brokers Association (CMBA Ontario). He completed his tenure there in 2017, serving as Treasurer in his final term. During his time with the association, Harry earned the President’s Award in 2014 and 2016 and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2017 for his outstanding contributions to education and professional development.
Harry is deeply committed to social causes, particularly in raising awareness for Autism. He actively participated on the foundation board of the Geneva Centre for Autism in Toronto for two years. His professional qualifications are extensive; he is licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) and the Law Society of Ontario as a Mortgage Broker, Insurance Agent, and Paralegal, respectively. Furthermore, Harry holds licenses as a Realtor with the Real Estate Council of Ontario, as an Ultimate Designated Person, and as a Dealing Representative with the Ontario Securities Commission.
He holds a degree in Economics, a graduate degree in Business, and a CRM designation. Always eager to expand his expertise, Harry is currently pursuing a law degree, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to professional growth and excellence.
Sanjay co-founded Indigoblue Group of Companies and assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in March 2017. Sanjay has been involved with the financial services industry for twenty plus years and has progressively held senior roles. Sanjay started his career as a Financial Advisor for CIBC and RBC Banks. He subsequently led a team of Business Development Managers across Eastern Canada for Equitable Bank. Sanjay leads credit and compliance teams and operations at Indigoblue Mortgage Investment, Management and Capital Corporations. Sanjay was elected as Vice President of the board of CMBA Ontario in 2017 and served the association and its membership as Treasurer in 2018. Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University majoring in Economics and holds the PFP and CIM designations.
Legal
Nimish is a legal and compliance professional, adding to the Indigoblue team over 5 years of experience in corporate law, governance, financial and securities law, real estate law, and commercial litigation. He is known for his practical business judgment, problem-solving ability, strong communication skills, and his drive to help clients achieve desirable and reasonable outcomes. Nimish holds a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, Toronto, a Master of Corporate Law and Governance from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi, and a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
Sales & Marketing
Roshan is an experienced business development and mortgage financing professional, now leading broker relations at Indigoblue. With a strong background in banking, private lending, and financial services, he specializes in mortgage underwriting, deal structuring, and client engagement. He holds a postgraduate degree in Global Business Management from Canada and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from France, bringing both global insight and local market expertise to his role. Roshan takes a collaborative, solution-focused approach to helping brokers secure the right mortgage products for their clients.
Accounting Team
Sarah is the Director of Finance at Indigoblue Group of Companies. Before joining Indigoblue, Sarah spent six years in public accounting providing audit and assurance services to public and private entities in the financial services sector at EY LLP, with additional exposure to non-profit organizations at Welch LLP. Sarah holds the CPA, CA designation and graduated with a Master of Management and Professional Accounting degree from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Commerce Honours from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science Honours in Biology, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Queen's University.
Julie is the Junior Accountant at Indigoblue Group of Companies. She has worked in various departments within the company until settling into the accounting team. She has experience in Marketing, Human Resources, and Customer Service. Julie graduated from Ryerson University where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Finance. She is highly motivated and takes pride in her work ethic.
Mortgage Origination
Kashra is an Underwriter at Indigoblue Group of Companies, bringing extensive experience in scheduling, client care, and HR coordination across diverse industries, including healthcare and manufacturing. She holds a CHRP designation and graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from Sheridan College. Kashra is known for her strong work ethic, motivation, and unwavering commitment to excellence in every aspect of her role.
